This 1-hour Creative Vision Session is designed to help you clarify your goals, explore creative direction, and identify the best video or photography solution for your brand. We’ll walk through your current challenges, audience, and ideas—and map out a game plan that aligns with your message and mission. Whether you’re planning an event, a brand video, or a full campaign, this session ensures we’re aligned and inspired from day one. Let’s build something unforgettable—together. (Consultation Payment will be deducted from final price i you choose to commit to a service)
Booking and Cancelation Policies
Light Rain Studio – Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy To secure your session with Light Rain Studio, the following booking terms apply: Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your date and time. No booking is confirmed without a deposit. Balance Due: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Scheduling: Dates are first come, first served. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for commercial work, and 1–2 weeks in advance for testimonials or content days. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below: Client Cancellations: More than 7 days in advance: You may reschedule once without penalty. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Within 7 days: Your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook. Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full session fee is due, no exceptions. Studio Cancellations: If Light Rain Studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, illness), you will be offered: A full refund of your deposit or A reschedule at no additional cost. Weather or Force Majeure: For outdoor shoots, if severe weather or uncontrollable events occur, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no cost. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the session or receive reduced shooting time, depending on schedule availability. No refunds are provided for lost time.
